These terms cover Fysiqal Evidence Guides and any other digital guide sold in the Fysiqal Shop. They sit alongside our Terms of Service.
A one-time purchase gives you the guide in your Locker to read online, plus a PDF download where the guide page says one is included. There's no subscription and nothing renews.
When you buy a guide, Fysiqal grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and use it for your own training. You can keep the PDF on your own devices and print a copy for yourself.

Short quotes with credit to Fysiqal are fine. Fysiqal keeps the copyright in every guide.
Your guide stays in your Locker for as long as you have a Fysiqal account. When we correct or update a guide, you get the updated version at no cost. If we ever stop offering a guide, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice to download it first.
If a guide isn't right for you, email support@fysiqal.com within 14 days of buying it for a full refund. No questions asked. When we refund a guide, it's removed from your Locker.
If a file won't open or something is broken, tell us any time and we'll fix it or refund you.
Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Guides are educational. They aren't medical advice and don't replace guidance from your doctor or another qualified professional.
