Is the Free tier actually free forever?

Yes — unlimited workout logging, the full Knowledge Library, and exercise reference never require a card or expire. Pro only adds the adaptive/AI layer on top.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, from Settings → Manage subscription, which opens Stripe’s real billing portal — no support ticket, no phone call.

What happens with a coach before I’m billed?

You send a free intake request first. Nothing is charged until the coach accepts and you confirm — you decide who to work with before any payment happens.

Does Fysiqal take a cut from coaches?

Coaches pay 15% only on payments clients make through Fysiqal, so a coach with no paying clients pays nothing. Optional Coach plans (from $39/mo) cover clients a coach bills outside Fysiqal, and every coach gets 3 complimentary clients.

How much do I save paying annually?
