Don't treat this as a final, binding legal document; it will be replaced with a reviewed version before general availability.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fysiqal, an AI-powered fitness training, nutrition, recovery, and coach-marketplace platform ("Fysiqal," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using Fysiqal, you agree to these Terms.
Fysiqal — including the AI Program Generator, AI Coach, Form Analysis, Recovery Engine, Knowledge Library, and any human coach you engage through the marketplace — provides general fitness, nutrition, and recovery information for educational purposes. None of it is medical advice, and Fysiqal is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician, physical therapist, dietitian, or other licensed professional. Always consult a qualified professional before starting a new training program, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury, or managing a medical condition. Stop any exercise immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath, and seek medical attention.
Fysiqal offers a free tier (workout logging, the Knowledge Library, exercise reference) and a paid Pro tier (AI program generation, AI Coach, Form Analysis, Recovery Engine, Performance Labs) billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we don't provide prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
Fysiqal's coach marketplace connects athletes with independent, third-party coaches. Coaches set their own rates, availability, and training methodology — Fysiqal is not a party to the coaching relationship itself and doesn't supervise, guarantee, or take responsibility for the advice a coach gives you. We take a percentage of each paid coaching booking as a marketplace fee; coaches pay no separate monthly platform fee. A free intake request precedes any billing, so you can evaluate fit before committing.
If you're a coach: creating a coach profile does not make you a Fysiqal employee, agent, or partner. You're responsible for your own professional conduct, qualifications, and compliance with any licensing requirements that apply to fitness coaching in your jurisdiction.
Program generation, the AI Coach, Form Analysis, and nutrition photo recognition use third-party AI models (currently Google Gemini) to process what you submit — training preferences, workout video frames, or meal photos — and return suggestions. These are proposals for you to review, not automatic instructions: Form Analysis and nutrition-photo results are always shown to you for confirmation before anything is saved to your log. AI-generated content can be wrong or poorly suited to your specific situation; use your own judgment, and consult a professional for anything you're unsure about.

You retain ownership of the workout logs, biometric data, progress photos, and form-check videos you submit. By submitting content, you grant Fysiqal a limited license to store, process, and display it back to you (and, where you've subscribed to coaching, to your coach) solely to provide the service. We don't sell your personal training or health data. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on what we collect and how it's used.
Fysiqal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Exercise carries inherent risk of injury; you assume that risk when you use Fysiqal's training programs, form analysis, or any content in the Knowledge Library. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fysiqal and its team are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the platform, including reliance on AI-generated programming, form feedback, or nutrition suggestions.
Some pages in Fysiqal (for example, Recovery and Program) surface curated gear recommendations — recovery tools, wearables, and training equipment — alongside your logged data. Fysiqal participates in affiliate and partnership programs, including through Impact.com and direct brand programs, and some of these recommendations may include a link that earns Fysiqal a commission if you make a purchase through it, at no extra cost to you. Any card carrying an affiliate link discloses this directly on the card. What gets recommended is chosen for real fit to the page's context (for example, recovery tools on Recovery, resistance-training equipment on Program) — a product's commission status doesn't influence whether or how prominently it's shown.
We may update these Terms as Fysiqal's features change. We'll update the effective date above when we do. Continued use of Fysiqal after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
