Every item is made specifically for your order — nothing is picked from pre-made stock. There's no minimum order size, and every order ships direct to you.
Each item is made for your order, which usually takes 2–5 business days before it ships. Busy periods and some items (embroidery, all-over prints) can take a little longer. Carrier transit time is on top of this; each product page gives a delivery estimate for your destination before you order.
Orders over $100 ship free. Otherwise checkout defaults to a flat $6.99 rate, shown as its own line before you pay. You can also enter your destination at checkout for a real, destination-specific rate quote — that quote, when you choose it, replaces the flat rate rather than adding to it. Each product page shows an arrival window for your destination (production time plus the carrier's transit estimate), and tracking gives the latest once it ships.
Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation with tracking. You can also check your order status any time from your account.
If your order includes items from more than one production run, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. Shipping is charged once per order, not per package.
If your order hasn't shipped within 7 business days, or tracking stops moving for 7 days, email support@fysiqal.com. We'll chase it with the carrier and our print partner and tell you what happens next.
We ship to 40 countries: United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Poland, Czechia, Greece, Hungary, Romania, Iceland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, United Arab Emirates, Israel, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, South Africa. Checkout only accepts addresses in these countries.
Outside the United States, customs duties or import taxes may be charged on delivery by your country. They're the recipient's responsibility unless checkout shows them as included.
