Every item is made specifically for your order — nothing is picked from pre-made stock. There's no minimum order size, and every order ships direct to you.
Because each item is made to order, there's a short production window before it ships — this is separate from carrier transit time. We'll show the current estimate at checkout rather than a fixed number here, since it depends on the item and current order volume.
We charge a flat shipping rate, shown as its own line at checkout before you pay — it doesn't change based on your cart or destination. Delivery windows vary by item and destination; check tracking after your order ships for the most accurate estimate.
Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation with tracking. You can also check your order status any time from your account.
If your order includes items from more than one production run, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. We'll tell you this up front if it applies to your order — not as a surprise after you've already paid.
We ship to a real, wide list of countries — availability is shown at checkout, and the same flat shipping rate applies regardless of destination. Any customs duties or import taxes are the recipient's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
