Note: For balanced muscle development, it is essential to strengthen the 12 major muscles: trapezius, deltoids, lats, pectorals, triceps, biceps, erector spinae (lower back), abdominals/obliques, gluteals, quadriceps, hamstrings, and calves. Hip adductors/abductors should also be added.
