A flowing lunge-and-rotate sequence that mobilizes hip flexors, hamstrings, and the thoracic spine in one movement — a high-value dynamic warm-up drill.
A multi-joint dynamic mobility drill that strings several positions together:
Performed as flowing, controlled movement (not a held static stretch), it develops active mobility (see mobility-vs-flexibility) across the hips, hamstrings, and thoracic spine simultaneously — which is why it is a favorite single drill in dynamic warm-ups (see dynamic-warmup-overview). It pairs well after an inchworm (exercise-inchworm).
