The headline strength KPI is the estimated-1RM trend on your main lifts; behind it, track that load is progressing at controlled effort (RPE/RIR) over the block.
For a strength goal the outcome is simple — can you move more weight? — but it's best tracked with a metric that doesn't require maxing out every session.

What to be careful with: e1RM is noisiest at high reps and far from failure, so take it from low-rep, near-failure sets and smooth it (see estimated-1rm-trend). Don't equate session-to-session e1RM wobble with real change — judge the block-over-block slope (see maximal-strength-program).
